The 12U division serves as a key developmental bridge between introductory 10U play and middle school competition. Players will build fundamental skills while adjusting to a more structured rule set, helping them prepare for the next level of play. All 12U players will play in the Dubuque Youth Lacrosse 12U House League structure for both boys & girls, ensuring regular local and centralized play.

How It Works
- Players from all participating communities will centrally play within the Dubuque Youth Lacrosse 12U House League in boys & girls divisions.
- Teams can be formed with just 5 or more players (5+), but we prioritize a rule set that caters to teams of 8+ players to introduce more advanced gameplay.
- Communities with parent volunteers can work with us to establish their own 12U teams, with our full support, to practice and play locally within this house league structure.
