Bedrock Lacrosse is dedicated to growing the game through introductory clinics in partnership with Parks & Rec departments, youth hockey programs, YMCAs, schools, and more.
Our clinics are tailored to different age groups (typically 13+ and under 13), are typically low-contact, and can be adjusted for larger groups by age or gender. We also help transition players into competitive play, assist with equipment, and support local programs as they grow.
We bring experienced coaches, provide gear, and work with partners to create sustainable lacrosse programs. If you’re interested in hosting a clinic or getting involved, email us at bedrocksports@gmail.com.

Dates: Tuesdays (3/18, 3/25, 4/1) and Thursdays (3/20, 3/27, 4/3)
Times: 5:45 pm – 7:00 pm
Age Groups: Boys & Girls Ages 7-18 (smaller groups split by age and gender)
