Bedrock Lacrosse is dedicated to growing the game through introductory clinics in partnership with Parks & Rec departments, youth hockey programs, YMCAs, schools, and more.
Our clinics are tailored to different age groups, are typically low or no contact, and can be adjusted for larger groups by age or gender. We also help transition players into competitive play, assist with equipment, and support local programs as they grow.
We bring experienced coaches, provide gear, and work with partners to create sustainable lacrosse programs. If you’re interested in hosting a clinic or getting involved, email us at bedrocksports@gmail.com.

Dates: Tuesdays (3/18, 3/25, 4/1) and Thursdays (3/20, 3/27, 4/3)

Recap: This spring, our free clinic series brought lacrosse to the community in a big way! We gave away over 100 lacrosse sticks to new players, partnered with Clarke University and the University of Dubuque, and had more than a dozen coaches helping kids learn the game. The excitement was incredible, with dozens of new players picking up skills and building the foundation for our first season. Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen — we’re just getting started!
